ILLEGAL USE - Using this website to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, or posting) that, intentionally or unintentionally, violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, rules or regulations.

THREATS - Using this website to transmit any comments (by e-mail, uploading, or posting) that threatens or encourages verbal or physical harm on others.

HARASSMENT - Using this website to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, or posting) that harasses another screener, administrator or photographer.

FORGERY OR IMPERSONATION - Adding, removing or modifying website information in an effort to deceive, mislead, or attempt to impersonate another person is strictly prohibited.

UNSOLICITED E-MAIL/UNSOLICITED BULK E-MAIL - Using this website to transmit any unsolicited e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail to other photographers or third party websites will not be tolerated.

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS - Using this website to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others administrators, screeners, or photographers, or attempt to penetrate our security measures, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption of data or not, is strictly prohibited. Access is monitored constantly.

COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT - Using this website to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, or posting) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party or photographer, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, web scripts and code, or the digitization and re-distribution of photographs.

COLLECTION / SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA - Using this website to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties or photographers, and providing it to others without their knowledge or consent is prohibited.

NETWORK DISRUPTIONS AND UNFRIENDLY ACTIVITY - Using this website for any activity which adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use the website, including “denial of service” attacks against another network host or individual user, interfering with or disrupting other network users, network services or network equipment.

Airplane Photo Zone may take any one or more of the following actions in response to actual or suspected violations above:
• issue warnings: written or verbal;
• suspend use and screening privileges;
• suspend or terminate your account;
• bring legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collect damages, if any, caused by violations.

Airplane Photo Zone will cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime.

OUR RIGHT TO MONITOR
We actively monitor use of this website under normal circumstances, and exercise editorial control over the content of any third party’s website, electronic mail transmission, or other material created or accessible over or through this website. We reserve the right to remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, may violate these Terms and Conditions, or are, in our sole discretion, inconsistent with the purpose for this website.

TERMINATION
We, in our sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of this website, and remove and discard any content within the website, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions or the purpose of this website. Liability
Photographers, by accepting our upload terms and conditions, you certify that all photos belong to you. You accept all responsibility for that photo. If you are found in breach of our terms and conditions, action will be taken by the true owner, whom Airplane Photo Zone will stand beside in any dispute.

Airplane Photo Zone itself will not be held responsible for photos uploaded under false impression. Hundreds of photos are processed daily, making it impossible for the APZ Team to know which photos belong to which photographer. It is the responsibility of site users to report such activity as soon as possible. As soon as the APZ Team has been advised of such activity, corrective action will be taken immediately.
